Project Description
Brief
The
Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in Riyadh wanted to increase the
awareness about the fees of the accommodation facilities, collect their data,
define their locations and update the contact information and other data.
Challenge
The
challenge was to inform the residents of
(6500) shelters in all regions of Saudi Arabia about the fees which the Ministry
intends to apply, and to update all data related to them within (14) working days
and submit the final report. Our mission also includes defining the size of the
team that will be able to do this task all over the Kingdom, and an integrated
plan to deal with the problems that may arise during the implementation of this
project. We kept in mind the
nature of some geographical cities and the extent of accessibility and other
factors.
Planning and implantation
Based
on our experience in this field and related projects, Rayat Marketing team
designed the project survey, according to the ministry's request, and
created its digital platform, besides the fieldwork team. Logistic and
administrative tasks were distributed to an integrated team consisting of the
company's operations manager, project manager, two assistants and four
supervisors, each of them was responsible for managing and monitoring fieldwork
teams in areas where the awareness campaign was taking place.
The
data was uploaded immediately and automatically on the platform of the project
and was also shared directly with the project management of the ministry in
Riyadh through Rayat’s unique system CAPI, which allowed the team to follow up the
work, get Up-to-date data, and increase the awareness about the shelters fees
as required.
